Born in 1955 in Fort Defiance, AZ, Delbert is a self taught silversmith who now also mentors others, including his nephew, Derrick Gordon. Delbert is well known for his heavy, traditional silverwork which he often combines with top grade natural turquoise stones.
This bold cuff is covered in hand stamped designs and appliques flanking all natural polychrome Hubei turquoise stones. Signed and marked sterling by the artist.
This incredible cuff came to us from the private collection of the wife of Stoneweaver owner Steve Harper, a Gallup legend known for his production of Native jewelry featuring top quality stones. Cuff is circa late 90s.
