Estate Santo Domingo Hand Made Pueblo Pottery Bowl

Arthur (1948-1998) and Hilda (1949-2007) Coriz were celebrated for their unique hand-crafted Santo Domingo pottery. Hilda specialized in creating the vessels from clay, while Arthur was renowned for his intricate designs. As the sister of renowned potter Robert Tenorio and the mother of current potter Ione Coriz, Hilda's legacy lives on through her family's continued dedication to pottery making. The duo's exceptional work has earned them numerous accolades at the Santa Fe Indian Market, with their signature style characterized by the use of traditional materials and firing techniques. Each piece is proudly signed by the artists as "Arthur and Hilda Coriz."
